Workflow: Partner Application ​

The motion from interest to active partner.

Phase 1: Apply ​

Submit the partner application form. Pick a track:

Phase 2: Qualify ​

The partner team replies within two business days with:

  • A qualification call
  • A track recommendation if your application is on the boundary between two tracks
  • Documentation requirements (incorporation docs, references, team profile)

Phase 3: Deposit ​

  • Solution Partner: minimum Vanguard deposit ($1,500) for 20% margin, up to Legendary ($80,000) for 60%
  • BD Partner: Rookie deposit ($500) up to Warlord ($30,000) with rising commission
  • Technical Expert: pick a plan (Fix Bug 10M VND/mo, Co-Builder 15M VND/mo, Resident Expert 20M VND/mo)

Phase 4: Onboard ​

  • Two-hour onboarding session
  • Access to the Partner Portal
  • Sales kit, technical kit, and demo environment access
  • Pairing with an Account Manager (Grandmaster tier and above)

Phase 5: Register First Deal ​

  • Register the opportunity in the Partner Portal
  • 90-day protection starts on approval
  • Tactical support from NLB during the cycle

Phase 6: Earn ​

Commission settles in three milestones: deposit, deployment, acceptance. Payout in 7 days after each milestone clears.
