Is this a SaaS subscription or a perpetual license?
Annual license with included support and updates. Renewable each year. No vendor lock-in: you own the deployment.
Can we deploy fully on our own infrastructure?
Yes. Starter and Business are on-premise by default. Enterprise supports hybrid. Custom supports fully air-gapped sovereign deployments.
What payment methods do you accept?

How is pricing calculated for more users?
Contact sales for user-addon pricing. Enterprise and Custom tiers are fully negotiated based on your deployment scope.
I'm on the legacy credit-based plan. What happens?
Your current credit-based subscription continues uninterrupted until the end of your contract period. At renewal, you migrate to the new license-based model. There is no forced deadline and no service disruption. The team will work with you on a custom transition plan if needed. Reference topic "legacy-credit" when you contact us.
Do prices include support and updates?
Yes. The annual license covers the first year of support and updates. Renewals continue at the same transparent price.
How are renewals priced?
Renewals are at the same per-instance per-year price as the initial license, subject to any tier-level price changes announced in advance. Custom tier renewals are negotiated.
Can we switch tiers mid-year?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated against the remaining license term. Downgrades take effect at renewal.
