From Rookie to Warlord. Quotas measured in deal volume per period. Commission compounds with deal-size bonuses.

Deal-Size Bonus
Commission compounds with deal size:
- +1% commission on deals between 100M and 300M VND
- +2% commission on deals above 300M VND
Quota Cadence
- Rookie: 1 closed deal in 90 days to maintain tier
- Hunter through Warlord: deal-value quota over the rolling period
Miss the quota and you slide back one tier at the period's end. Hit it consistently and you move up.
License Discount
The license discount in the ladder is what the BD Partner pays when buying through their Solution Partner. The spread between this and the SP's license margin (see Deposit Tiers) accrues to the SP.
Commission Payout
Settled in three milestones:
- Deposit milestone: customer signs and deposit clears
- Deployment milestone: AgentBrain is deployed to customer infrastructure
- Acceptance milestone: customer signs off on acceptance criteria
Commission pays out 7 days after each milestone clears.
Progression Example
A Closer ($5,000 deposit, 20% commission) closes a 250M VND deal:
- Base commission: 20% × 250M = 50M VND
- Deal-size bonus: +1% × 250M = 2.5M VND (deal between 100M and 300M)
- Total: 52.5M VND, paid across 3 milestones
